Platform admins manage the installation as a whole, from the ‘Platform admin’ menu: the licence, the credentials trac uses to reach model repositories, and the types of external storage location tenants can use.

These pages are available only to platform admins, who sign in on the separate admin sign-in page — see Access management. The first time a platform admin signs in, a setup wizard walks through the same settings.
